How can i know that my network cable is doing best performance?
When you make a network using cat5 cables, you may make a bad connection that will let u use the internet but in the same time it has a bad effect on the internet speed.. you can get crazy trying to know why the internet is slow..
My question is:
Is there a way to know the performance of a specific connection and wether it is compatible with the network cabling specifications??
I know there are testers, but i wanna know a more simple way, using voltmeters or multimeters for example…
You really don’t have a clue do you? “Testers” are the same as voltmeter/multimeter!!!!!. Cable will not have any effect on performance. Works or doesn’t work; even in what you may consider an intermittent problem when a bad wire occasionally makes contact–works/doesn’t work.

The handheld and durable design makes the E1 tester easy to carry for on-spot measurements.
